Crystal Suites - Houston

It was just a decent option for a short visit in Houston with reasonable value. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the flat screen TV. Be mindful of the visitor policy when you check in.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a great time. The staff was friendly all the time. My room was big, had a clean bathroom. The location turned out to be great! It took just 21 minutes by car to get to the airport. I truly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.

The room was neat and newly decorated, without a doubt, had a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, like a cloud. The hotel's position was marvellous, in the middle of jackson...

The tv was great, but I struggled with the key cards every time.

The room had fantastic lighting, making it a pleasant space to relax in after a busy day.

The check-in process was annoyingly slow due to issues with payment verification that took longer than expected.

The Crystal Suites offered a spacious room with amazing lighting. The tv with Dish Network was a definite highlight, and the comfy bed provided a good night's rest. I really appreciated the well-lit parking lot. I faced a couple of issues . The owners appeared overly paranoid about guest policies, made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. I wasn't informed about their strict visitor policy until late in my stay. A small sign tucked away noted 'no visitors allowed'-I wish I had seen it earlier to avoid the confrontation. Their surveillance seemed excessive. It reminded me of they were watching every move. I would consider staying again but may opt for a place with a more relaxed approach to guests.

I really enjoyed my stay. the room was super clean and comfortable. I loved the big flat-screen TV! Relaxing by the pool and soaking in the spa bath was just what I needed to unwind. The only downside was that the parking can be a bit tight, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

great access to city parks and nearby landmarks for strolls

I had a nice stay with clean rooms and found it a great place to stop over for a night while enjoying the city's charm, as it's just a short walk to Tom Bass Regional Park that's perfect for a relaxing stroll or picnic in the open air.

The room was neat, spacious, and well-lit. I especially appreciated the tv with Dish Network and the comfort of the bed. The parking lot was very well lit and equipped with cameras for added security.

The owners exhibited excessive concern over guest policies, made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and the room felt spacious. Enjoyed being close to several parks for a peaceful retreat.

The hot water supply was a bit inconsistent. Could improve on that.

We would come back for sure, thanks for the really great stay. the rooms are big and newly remodelled and include a microwave and a refrigerator. - the location is great, short walk to the truck stop, and medical center - couldn't be better. - Besides, we liked the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.

The room here is big and the folks are friendly. 🌟 the private bathroom is nice and tidy.
